I have a member of staff who's new Macbook with Office 2011 is not getting all of its folders up to date. Symptoms include: - Many folders 'Download' content every time outlook is started, as opposed to getting the emails from the cache. Endpoint url for office 365 airmail for mac. - These folders will indicate 'Folder is up to date', however there are only a fraction of emails showing (50 of 300 in one folder, 88 of 470 in another, etc). - The folders will then begin re-downloading emails (the download dialog shows the correct number of total emails to download, and completes (e.g. 355/355), but then does not show any emails, and starts again a minute or so later. - Outlook Web Access works fine, no issues - Outlook on Windows 7 works fine, no issues - Tested this users account on another Macbook, no issues Resolutions tried: - Remove the users account and re-add it - Uninstall Office 2011, re-install and add users account - Clear the cache of the folders. Does anyone have any ideas. I have been through many many threads / forums that outline similar problems with only the above solutions which haven't worked.
